Lecture: Why Being Poor and Having No Budget is Good For Making Games
I lectured at Assembly 2011 about this idea I had had about why limitations are good for creativity. It’s more of an idea and I mostly have anecdotal evidence to back it up, but apparently people found it inspirational so here’s video of it.

Thanks Petri for this nice talk, Star Guard and Stdbits were new to me, will try them now. Yoiu mentioned also Terraria and I’m a big fan of it. Cataclysm didn’t excite me very much, especially because they don’t have added new territories to Explore.In my opinion Wrath of the Lich King had a much larger impact with the entry of this new character, the Death Knight, that I liked to become mad.I can tell you one thing, don’t present this game to your friends, they could be exchange you for a drug dealer!

Being broke is never fun especially when you are trying to develop anything.
When I started my company I was eating soup and crackers for the first year. But as with anything you work hard at and are passionate about it payed off and now I am better off for it!

I love this jacket. And if you think you are stuck between two sizes, definitly go with the bigger size. I thought I was stuck between two sizes, and decided to get the bigger size. I am so happy that I did, because the smaller size would have been way to small. The only con is that the zipper kept popping open at the bottom. Definitly do up that bottom button for extra security. But customer service was awesome and they are exchanging my defective jacket, with no excess hassle. And in terms of warmth, it is decent for Canadian weather, on those milder winter days sitting between 0 celcius and about minus 15 celsius. All in all it is a great jacket and I would buy it all over again
